The MECO Omaha Roll-Out Shelf Rack is engineered for facilities that store heavy dies, fixtures, tooling, engine parts, and industrial equipment that needs to be organized, secure, and instantly accessible. Unlike standard shelving where reaching items at the back requires unloading the front, every roll-out shelf extends fully on a ball roller track system — giving you complete access to the entire shelf surface without moving anything around it.

At 36" wide and 62" high, this unit includes 3 roll-out shelves plus 1 fixed top shelf — 4 usable storage levels with a combined capacity of up to 8,000 lb. The 62" height makes this the most compact option in the RSR lineup — ideal when ceiling height is limited or floor space is at a premium. Choose 36" or 48" shelf depth depending on the size of your stored items and available floor space.

Ships knocked down with all components included. Assembly required — typically completed by two people with standard hand tools and a torque wrench. Floor anchors required but not included.

Note: Floor anchors are not included. Minimum 8 x ¾" anchors with 3¼" embedment depth required. Buyer is responsible for compliance with local building codes.

Full shelf extension on every roll-out level — Each of the 3 roll-out shelves extends 100% on a ball roller track, locking in the extended position via a spring lock. Load and unload without reaching, repositioning, or removing other items. Pull the track assembly out first, then the shelf — one at a time, safely.

2,000 lb per shelf — crane or forklift loadable — Every shelf handles 2,000 lb of evenly distributed load. Items can be loaded by overhead crane or forklift, making this rack suitable for the heaviest industrial equipment.

Adjustable shelf heights — Roll-out shelf brackets mount on 2" vertical centers along the structural frame, so you can reconfigure shelf spacing as your stored items change over time.

This product ships as industrial freight via motor carrier from Omaha, NE. A forklift or suitable lifting device is required to unload — standard liftgate service is not available due to the size and weight of this product.

Freight cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
