Add mobility to your MECO self-dumping hopper with this polyurethane caster kit. Each kit includes a set of 4 casters — two swivel and two rigid — with roller bearings throughout for smooth, controlled movement. Compatible with all MECO self-dumping hoppers through 2½ cubic yards.
Is Polyurethane Right for Your Floor?
Best for: General-purpose use across varied floor types.
Benefits: Non-marking, quieter than steel, harder and more durable than rubber, good chemical resistance.
Consider alternatives if: Extreme temperature environments above 180°f.

Select your wheel size using the option above. Larger diameter (8") wheels roll more easily over floor imperfections. Wider wheels (2½") support higher loads. Match the set capacity to your hopper’s loaded weight.
Installation
Casters can be factory-installed (bolted to the hopper base before shipment) when ordered at the same time as a hopper — no extra charge. If ordering separately for an existing hopper, casters are field-installable with standard tools. All swivel casters feature a hardened double-ball raceway and 3/4" kingpin for maximum durability.

Caster kits ship from Omaha, NE. If ordered together with a hopper, casters can be factory-installed (bolted to the base) at no extra charge before shipment. If ordering separately for an existing hopper, casters are shipped uninstalled and can be field-installed.
